Is fashionably to wear a sheer outfit that shows your underwear underneath? I’m thinking yes. But some people just aren’t down with transparency.

So showing underwear, cheap or chic?

    I think it depends on the other clothes you wear. if you wear clothes that look good together with the sheer, then it looks great.

    Again, it depends. I think confidence is a part of it. There are times when it is completely in appropriate, others, uber-sexy!
